The purpose of this research was not only to collect evidence about the effects of Zhong Yuan Qigong, but also to build a bridge between experience and science. Practicing Qigong is an ancient way to cultivate energy, consciousness, and harmony — and this study provided an opportunity to make these inner processes visible through modern measurement tools.
The goal: to demonstrate that inner harmony is not only something we can feel, but also something we can measure.

The research examined the effects of Zhong Yuan Qigong (ZYQ) practice on the human energy system, with particular attention to measurable changes in energy level, energy distribution, and chakra harmonization. The pilot study consisted of two practice sessions, involving eight and then five participants.
We used a MeriDiGraph meridian analyzer, an AVS Aura Video Station aura reader, and a subjective questionnaire. The results showed increased energy levels, improved yin–yang balance, and harmonization of the aura and chakras. Participants reported a stronger sense of vitality, emotional stability, and inner peace.
For me, this research is not merely a collection of measurements, but a confirmation: Qigong is capable of bringing real transformation — in body, mind, and consciousness alike. I believe that science and inner experience together can lead us closer to true harmony.

Gara Kata
A world where Qigong is a natural part of education and lifestyle — where measurability and experience together validate ancient wisdom, and where the practice creates harmony both individually and collectively.
